Project Management: Focus on delivery
Major corporate development projects can place a significant strain on a company's in-house teams. The peak load of a short-to-medium term task cannot easily be accommodated by existing resources; equally, permanent recruitment may well not be appropriate. In addition, the project may require specialist expertise and a degree of objectivity not readily available in-house.
