Roger Pearce MA PhD
Roger is a professional corporate strategist with 20 years experience in the management of technology in complex corporate environments. Prior to founding the Eastbury Partnership he was Director of Business Strategy for AEA Technology plc during its privatisation. With the Eastbury Partnership, he has concentrated on communications, strategy and technology, with successful projects for blue-chip clients in business strategy, intranet strategy and corporate communications strategy. |

Kate is an experienced corporate strategist and project manager. Before founding the Eastbury Partnership, Kate was a member of the Business Strategy team at AEA Technology plc, managing a portfolio of projects from acquisitions and divestments to organisational change and growth programmes. With the Eastbury Partnership, she has concentrated on projects in the fields of internal communications and business television. |

Andrew is a corporate communications professional with particular expertise in employee communications, change communications and reputation management. Having held a number of senior in-house and agency positions, Andrew's wide experience includes developing and implementing communications strategies to achieve culture change and continuous improvement; introduction of new media; corporate identity management; and opinion tracking and performance measurement. |
